Terms-and-Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders. The use of this website and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

General: These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Purchase of goods from Letterboxprint is subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below in full.


Description of Goods: All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications, and advertising on our website are as accurate as possible, for the purpose of giving a practical description of the goods. The intention of Letterboxprint is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible, however due to occasional unavailability of 3rd party materials or services we may have to make some adjustments on the fly to maintain certain product availability and service delivery.


Cost of Goods: The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether the order has been confirmed, or not. We are entitled to adjust the prices online to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or due to an error on the price published for the goods. This can be amended after order confirmation should the cost increase to the business be deemed too much to absorb. We will inform you of the revised price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of any VAT payable but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order as you proceed through the checkout phase of placing your order.


Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed incorrectly – be it in description or price - due to a typographical error or error in information from our suppliers, taxes, or duty changes, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price or based on the incorrect description, regardless if an order has been confirmed. If your debit card or credit card has already been charged and you are in dispute, please contact us at orders@letterboxprint.com so we can we will cancel your order and immediately start the process to issue a full refund to your card account.


Payment Methods: We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. During the checkout process you must provide us with your exact billing address, contact phone number and email address. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received by our payment service provider Stripe.


Availability of Goods: All products and services are subject to availability. Not all stock levels are live online or held offline and we cannot guarantee the supply of any product, products may be withdrawn at any time by Letterboxprint. If we do not supply the product for any reason, we will not charge you for these if it has been ordered but not fulfilled and will refund any money due back to you. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the product or service.


Delivery Charges: All product prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges as these will be added to your order total at checkout and are dependent on your choice of delivery method. Express delivery is available, however “express” does not guarantee next day delivery, it simply means we will move your order to the front of the queue, and we will endeavour to dispatch the order quicker than the standard delivery, which is normally within 1 to 10 working days (but large and more complex orders can take up to and over 10 days).


Delivery Times: We endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 1 - 10 working days, however on the rare occasion we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if you have personalised requirements that are particularly complex. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. If manipilation of artwork is involved the 1 to 10 days quoted is from acceptance of the final proof.


Risk: From the time of despatch, any loss or damage to the goods in transit must be taken up with the 3rd party service provider involved, Royal Mail / Courier etc. Letterboxprint will endeavour to pursue on your behalf your order you placed with us wherever possible if we have tracking detail, this of course depends on the shipment options chosen during the checkout process.


Notification of Claims/Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Should there be any shortages, Letterboxprint must be notified in writing within 48hrs of the incorrect delivery.


Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48hrs of delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods that have been lost in transit by our 3rd party service delivery partners unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.


Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods: If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to cancel and return your order to us within 30 days, starting from the date of delivery, for credit or refund. this excludes personalised items that cannot be re-stocked or re-sold. It is your responsibility to return any purchased items in their original condition (in its original boarded envelope, box and/or packaging). Customers are responsible for the cost of any return delivery and safe return of the goods. For full details of how to return items please email orders@letterboxprint.com or call us on 01952 482276. For faulty or damaged goods, you have up to 30 days to return the items safely back to us. Strictly no returns will be accepted without prior notice and mutual agreement with Letterboxprint.
